Shipping and Returns
We ship our Pre Lab Pro® products fast, anywhere in the world. We also make returns easy.
Shipping
All orders are sent out on the same day or the next day. If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, then it will be sent out on the next normal working day.
All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being sent out.
Please note: The expected delivery times below are as given to us by the shipping companies. All timings are estimates unless booked as a guaranteed delivery. Parcels can unfortunately be delayed for many reasons, please check your tracking number with the courier and allow 72 hours before contacting us.
If you live in the USA (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico), or Canada your order will be sent out by USPS, FedEx or DHL.
Orders made before 2pm Eastern Time (EST or EDT depending on time of year) will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 2pm Eastern Time will be sent out the next shipping day.
For mainland USA we have two options:

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are sent by USPS priority
Expected delivery time: 5 - 10 working days
Orders to Canada are sent by USPS First-Class International
Parcels in the UK are sent by Royal Mail tracked or DHL courier from our depot in England.
Royal Mail expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days
DHL expected delivery time: 2 working days
Royal Mail orders made before 2pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be sent out the same day. Royal Mail orders made after 2pm UK time will be sent out the next shipping day.
DHL orders made before 12pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be sent out the same day. DHL orders made after 12pm UK time will be sent out the next shipping day.
Parcels going to Europe are sent by international tracked airmail or DHL Courier. If you choose international tracked airmail then this will be either Royal Mail or TrakPak depending on what country you are shipping to, you can see the available options at checkout.
Royal Mail expected delivery time: 3 - 6 working days
TrakPak expected delivery time: 3 - 6 working days
DHL expected delivery time: 1 - 3 working days
Royal Mail and TrakPak orders made before 2pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be sent out the same day. Royal Mail and TrakPak orders made after 2pm UK time will be sent out the next shipping day.
DHL orders made before 12pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be sent out the same day. DHL orders made after 12pm UK time will be sent out the next shipping day.
Parcels going to India will be sent by DPD Express from our depot in England.
Expected delivery time: 2 - 6 working days
DPD orders made before 12pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be sent out the same day. DPD orders made after 12pm UK time will be sent out the next shipping day.
Parcels going outside of the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and India will be sent from our depot in England by international tracked airmail or DHL Courier. If you choose international tracked airmail then this will be either Royal Mail or TrakPak depending on what country you are shipping to, you can see the available options at checkout.

TrakPak expected delivery time: 5 - 15 working days
DHL expected delivery time: 1 - 6 working days

Returns
Unused and unwanted items
If you’ve ordered something by mistake or changed your mind, then returning unused and unwanted items is easy. Simply contact our friendly customer support team here within 14 days of receiving your order.
They will give you the appropriate address, and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. You will have to pay for return postage and when we get the items back we will issue you a refund, less our shipping costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are so confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase of any Pre Lab Pro® supplement that we will give you the time to try it out. We’ll give you your money back if it doesn’t work for you.
Try one container of any single Pre Lab Pro® supplement and, if you do not see the results you want, simply return any unused containers of the product within 30-days of your order being delivered and we will gladly refund your money (minus any shipping costs).
This guarantee applies to your first order of any Pre Lab Pro® supplement, up to a maximum of one container of each individual product. We think it is fair that if you tell us that a supplement doesn’t work for you and you return it for a refund, you cannot order it again and expect to get a second refund.
Before requesting a refund, you should take your supplement as directed on the label until the container is empty. Assess your results but please note that for best results, all supplements should be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet and regular exercise. Please also note that refunds are only given on one container – if you open more than one container of the same product you cannot claim a refund on the additional containers.
Our return system is very easy to use:
- To claim your refund, YOU MUST FIRST email cs (at) performancelab.com. We will give you instructions on how to make your return, along with a return address.
- Any claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. This gives you time to use a whole container and assess your results
- You must supply your full name, address and order number
- All unused containers of the product must be returned
- You must use a courier service that requires a signature for delivery. We cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail
- You will be refunded minus the shipping costs
If you fail to comply with ANY of the above conditions, we will not be obliged to give you a refund.
